Responsibility & Boundaries

Shuviro is a small, family-stewarded space. That means clear boundaries about what we can and can't do.

What we're responsible for

We're responsible for:

  • Maintaining this space — keeping it accessible, readable, and coherent
  • Stewarding resident projects with care and continuity
  • Being transparent about how we handle data and governance
  • Responding to inquiries in reasonable time

If something here breaks or doesn't work, that's on us to fix.

What we're not

 Shuviro is not:

  • A legal entity providing regulated services (that's on individual projects, like ClearGate)
  • A customer service operation with SLAs
  • A platform for third-party content or services
  • A place that can guarantee outcomes beyond what we directly control

For project-specific responsibilities — like travel services — see the project's own operating model and terms.

Where boundaries matter

Between Shuviro and projects: Shuviro is the commons. Projects (like ClearGate) are resident work that may have their own legal structures, terms, and responsibilities. We keep these separate on purpose.

Between documentation and advice: We document our thinking and practice, but that's not professional advice. If you need legal, financial, or medical guidance, talk to qualified professionals.

Between stewarding and controlling: We maintain this space, but we don't own it in the extractive sense. Stewardship means responsibility without possession.

When things go wrong

If something here causes harm — broken links, inaccessible content, unclear information — please let us know.

We'll address it directly and update documentation as needed.

For project-specific terms, see ClearGate Service Terms.
